What to Expect — Details & Pricing
You’ve connected with the work. Now you’re probably wondering what it’s like to actually work together.
This page walks through the details in a clear, straightforward way. What’s included in each collection. How the process works. How your images are cared for and delivered.
Everything you need, in one place.
What Comes With Every Collection
When you work with us, you’re getting more than photos.
You’re getting two people who care deeply about how your day feels, who pay close attention, and who show up fully invested in your experience.
Two Perspectives, One Shared Vision
We have been photographing weddings together for over a decade, and working as a true team is at the heart of everything we do.
Joshua is naturally outgoing and quick to connect. He brings an easy energy into a room and has a way of helping people relax, even if being in front of a camera feels intimidating. He keeps things moving, keeps things light, and knows how to step in with confidence when guidance is needed.
Eastlyn is more quiet and observant. She notices the small shifts in emotion, the subtle moments between people, and the story that is unfolding beneath the surface. She approaches each part of the day with intention and an artist’s eye, always paying attention to light, composition, and feeling.
Together, we balance each other.
We do not work in a lead and second shooter structure. You have two equally experienced photographers working side by side all day.
In the hours leading up to your ceremony, one of us may be with each partner so both stories are documented as they unfold. During the ceremony, one of us may focus on the larger scene while the other looks for the quiet reactions, the hand squeezes, and the glances in the crowd.
That same rhythm continues through the rest of the day, from portraits to dinner to the dance floor.
Nothing important gets missed.
Family portraits are handled efficiently and calmly. We guide groups quickly, keep things organized, and make the process as easy as possible so you can move on and enjoy your celebration.
At the core of our work is a simple belief. Weddings are meant to be felt, not staged. Our role is to document what your day was actually like, in a way that feels honest and true to you.
Wedding Coverage That Fits the Story
Not every wedding unfolds the same way. Your coverage should reflect that.
Some celebrations call for a full day or even a weekend of coverage. Others feel complete in fewer hours. With years of experience, we help you choose coverage based on the natural flow of your plans, not a one size fits all formula.
Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement, a micro wedding, or a multi day destination celebration, we will walk through your priorities together and build coverage that makes sense.
Elopement collections begin at 5 hours. Wedding collections are available at 6, 8, and 10 hours. Custom quotes are available for multi day events and destination weekends.

Thoughtful Planning Support
We are also very hands on when it comes to planning, as much or as little as you want us to be.
Some couples come in with a clear vision. Others are still figuring things out. Both are completely welcome here.
We send a welcome box filled with printed planning cards and helpful information to guide you through different parts of the day. And when you want another layer of support, we are happy to help you think through timelines, talk through ideas, and offer guidance on locations, flow, and pacing.

Have Questions? We Thought You Might.
Once you’ve connected with someone’s work, the next step is understanding what it’s like to actually work together.
Below are some of the most common questions we receive, answered in a clear, straightforward way.
WHAT TYPES OF PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
You’ll receive a full, well-rounded gallery that tells the story of your day.
That includes portraits, group photos, candid moments, ceremony highlights, reception moments, and all of the in-between pieces that make your wedding feel like your wedding.
We don’t work from a rigid shot list. We move through the day paying attention to what’s unfolding. That said, we’ll absolutely help you create a short list of must-have family and group portraits ahead of time so nothing important is missed.
Our goal is to document not just what your day looked like, but what it felt like.
WHAT IF WE FEEL AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?
That’s completely normal.
Most couples tell us they’re drawn to our work because it feels real and unforced. That matters to us too. At the same time, we’re always paying attention to light, composition, and how a moment is coming together.
Our approach is a blend of gentle direction and letting things unfold. Some couples prefer a little more guidance. Others want things to feel more documentary. We pay attention to what feels most comfortable for you and tailor our approach accordingly.
We also hear this a lot: “We’re awkward in front of the camera.”
Almost everyone says that. And almost no one actually looks awkward.
Most of the people we photograph are not used to being in front of a camera, and that’s exactly who our work is made for. You don’t need to know what to do or how to pose. That’s our job.
There’s always a little initial awareness when a camera comes out. That’s normal. Our job is to help you settle into the moment, give simple prompts when it helps, and keep things moving in a way that feels easy.
We’re also intentional about photographing you in a way that feels flattering and true to you, not just “hands-off.” We pay attention to angles, posture, and light so your images feel both natural and beautiful.
You’ll walk away with a mix of classic portraits your families will love and images that feel natural and candid.
And sometimes, what looks like a “photo session” is really just a few quiet minutes together. Stepping away at sunset. Taking a breath. Being with each other without an audience.
Whether you’re an introvert, an extrovert, or somewhere in between, we create space for you to show up as yourselves.
DO YOU HELP WITH TIMELINES?
Yes.
We’re very hands on when it comes to timelines and flow. Once you’re booked, we gather information about your plans and help you build a photography-friendly timeline that supports the pace and experience you want.
How many photos will we receive?
Every gallery is a little different, but most look like this:
Weddings: around 600–1,200 images
Elopements: around 300–700 images
Portrait sessions: around 200–400 images
We don’t cap delivery. If a moment is meaningful, it stays in your gallery.
When will we receive our photos?
Full galleries are delivered within about 8–12 weeks, depending on the season. Peak months (like June, September, and October) may fall toward the longer end of that range.
You’ll receive a small preview gallery within the first two weeks.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?
Yes.
Engagement sessions can be added onto any wedding collection. They’re a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and spend some relaxed time together before the wedding day.
Many couples use their engagement photos for save-the-dates, their website, or just to have photos of this season of life.
Do you provide albums or prints?
Yes. We offer heirloom albums, fine art prints, and gallery-grade framing through our Tangibles Collection.
These pieces are designed to help you bring your photos off your screen and into your home in a lasting way.
Do you offer printing rights?
Yes. All collections include full personal-use printing and sharing rights.
You’re free to print your photos wherever you’d like and share them online. We always appreciate a tag when you do.
How do you protect our photos?
We shoot on cameras with dual memory card slots, so every image is recorded in two places as it’s captured.
After your wedding, files are backed up in multiple secure locations, including a fire-safe archive.
Your images are treated with a lot of care from start to finish.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and can provide documentation to your venue if needed.
What happens if it rains?
We’re always prepared for changing weather and comfortable working in it.
Some of our favorite images have come from unexpected conditions. If you’re open to embracing the moment, we’ll make it work.
Can we include pets or special heirlooms in our photos?
Absolutely.
If you want to include a dog, a family heirloom, or anything meaningful, just let us know ahead of time so we can plan for it.
Do you photograph micro weddings and elopements in national parks?
Yes. We photograph a lot of intimate weddings and elopements in national parks and protected outdoor spaces.
We’re especially experienced in Grand Teton National Park and are familiar with permits, seasonal considerations, and how to work respectfully in these environments.
We also help with location ideas and flow so your day feels simple and unrushed.
Do you offer coverage for full wedding weekends?
Yes. We offer custom multi-day coverage for destination weddings and weekend-long celebrations.
This can include welcome dinners, adventure sessions, brunch the next day, or anything else that feels important to document.
Do you travel internationally?
Yes. While much of our work is based in the U.S., we also photograph destination weddings and elopements abroad.
If you’re planning something outside the country, reach out and we can create a custom quote.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
Most couples reach out 9–18 months before their wedding date.
That said, timelines vary, especially for elopements and destination weddings. We’ve also been booked in as little as two months out.
If you’re interested in a date, we always recommend reaching out to see if it’s available. You never know.
Do we need to meet before booking?
A call isn’t required, but we’re always happy to connect if you’d like.
Do you offer meetings once we’re booked?
Yes. Some couples prefer to plan mostly over email. Others enjoy calls or in-person meetings.
We’re flexible and adapt to what feels best for you.
How do we book?
Booking is paperless.
A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
Can we opt out of online sharing?
Yes. If you’d prefer that your images not be shared publicly, a 25% exclusivity fee applies.
Sharing work online is how we connect with future couples, which is why this option carries an additional cost.
Still have a question we didn’t cover? Reach out to us anytime. We’re always happy to help.
